Personal data collected by the Administrator include: in the case of customers – name or names, address, e-mail address, phone number, in the case of entrepreneurs, we additionally process: NIP, REGON, registered office address, bank account number, telephone number, e-mail address, website address.

How is the data used?

Personal data collected by the Administrator are used for accounting purposes, contacting the customer and other activities related to the performance of the sales contract. Your personal data will be processed by our company and only we will be their Administrator, while in accordance with applicable law we can transfer it to entities processing it on our behalf. It should be understood as subcontractors to our services and agencies that deal with us for shipping. We also need to share your data with entities authorized to obtain data on the basis of applicable law, e.g. courts or law enforcement authorities (when they make a request, based on an appropriate legal basis).
